Any details or notes which apply to the approval are set out below. This decision relates to the submitted application for the discharge of condition 5 as well as a Passive House Planning Application (PHPP) which were submitted 06/11/2023. NOTE In this instance of the submitted application for the discharge of condition 5 as well as a Passive House Planning Application (PHPP) and after consultation with DEFA Building Control, who are happy with the level of detail as the PHPP stated that the dwelling house achieved a Passive House Classic highlighting its eco efficiency, it is deemed sufficient to achieve the desired outcome and would be considered satisfactory for the planning condition 5 of application 19/01441/B.
