TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1999 The Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2019

In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture determined to APPROVE an application by Paul And Katherine Bergin, Ref 23/10121/AIR, for the Information in relation to condition 5 for PA 19/01441/B - Passive House Planning Package (PHPP) Calculations for Ballacain Cottage at Ballacain Lhagg Road Dalby Isle Of Man IM5 3BU .

Any details or notes which apply to the approval are set out below. This decision relates to the submitted application for the discharge of condition 5 as well as a Passive House Planning Application (PHPP) which were submitted 06/11/2023.

NOTE In this instance of the submitted application for the discharge of condition 5 as well as a Passive House Planning Application (PHPP) and after consultation with DEFA Building Control, who are happy with the level of detail as the PHPP stated that the dwelling house achieved a Passive House Classic highlighting its eco efficiency, it is deemed sufficient to achieve the desired outcome and would be considered satisfactory for the planning condition 5 of application 19/01441/B.
