Any details or notes which apply to the approval are set out below. This decision relates to the submitted application for discharge of conditions and planting scheme submitted on 30/10/2023. NOTE In this instance of the submitted Application and Planting Schedule and after consultation with the case officer, who are happy with the level of detail, it is deemed sufficient to achieve the desired outcome and would be considered satisfactory for the planning condition 1 of application 20/01435/B with the understanding that the proposed planting shall take place in accordance with the approved details and any trees / bushes which, within a period of 5 years from their first planting, are removed, or, in the opinion of the Department, become seriously damaged or diseased, shall be replaced in the next planting season with others of similar size and species, unless the Department gives written consent to any variation.
