In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture determined to APPROVE an application by Tim Woakes, Ref 23/10112/AIR, for the Information in relation to condition 2 for PA 22/01084/B for land contamination analysis and results with a sampling location map. at Crosby Pumping Station Old Church Road Crosby Isle Of Man .

NOTE In this instance of the submitted application for the discharge of conditions, 4337800 CGV contaminated ground areas, 4337800 CGV land contamination analysis, Ground Investigation Report, SRL827 Draft For Discussion Report Crosby RSTS-2-1.0- as well as a cover letter and after consultation with the case officer, who are happy with the level of detail, it is deemed sufficient to achieve the desired outcome and would be considered satisfactory for the planning condition 10 of application 22/01084/B.
