Hi Dan, Tom I’ve now had the opportunity to clarify a couple of issues arising from the Written Scheme of Investigation submitted in respect of Condition 2, and can now confirm that the WSI is in order and that from DEFA’s perspective the condition can be discharged. We shall separately issue an excavation licence under the terms of Section 23 of the Manx Museum and National Trust Act to cover the archaeological fieldwork.
