Any details or notes which apply to the approval are set out below. This decision relates to submitted application as well as 2200549 B-Planning Conditions 14 Lighting Mitigation Submission and 2200549 B-Planning Conditions 14 Lighting Mitigation 230914 combined, which were submitted 18/09/2023. NOTE The submitted an application, as well as 2200549 B-Planning Conditions 14 Lighting Mitigation Submission and 2200549 B-Planning Conditions 14 Lighting Mitigation 230914 combined, and after consultation with the case officer, who is happy with the level of detail, it is deemed sufficient to achieve the desired outcome and would be considered satisfactory for the planning condition 14 of application 22/00549/B, with the understanding that the approved scheme shall be fully adhered to and retained thereafter. There shall be no external illumination and no additional lighting of any kind within the building other than that approved within the strategy for lighting.
