How strange, I was just emailing you, when this email came in.

Copied into this reply is the General Planning inbox and Daniel Spencer from Planning who deals with the satisfaction of Planning conditions (I’m not actually sure who is best to send this to).

Daniel, this method statement is being submitted in order to satisfy Condition 2 of PA 22/00314/B (Erection of a 2 storey extension etc. Bridge House, West Baldwin), for a bat mitigation plan.

I know this is not the usual way of doing it, but I’m away from the office from tomorrow until the 28th September, so won’t be able to respond re satisfaction of conditions during this period. So I’m hoping that you can take this email as confirmation that the Ecosystem Policy Team are content with the attached Manx Bat Group Method Statement for Bat Mitigation for Bridge House, and that we consider Condition 2 satisfied.

Ram please be aware that you must obtain a Statutory Written Method Statement from my team prior to starting the works (basically this statement will just say that you need to follow the methodology contained in the Manx Bat Groups mitigation plan) and that as per the attached plan you need to confirm with us the type, number and location of bat boxes you are to put up as mitigation before you purchase and install them. Also, please make sure that you read through the attached thoroughly and understand what is required. If you have any question please give me an email, noting as above, that I will be out of the office until 28th September.
