Conditional No ObjectionWith regard to PA 23/10099/AIR the Environmental Protection Unit note the addition of the oil interceptors on the surface water drains to protect the attenuation pond and subsequently the Glashen stream in line with previous discussions.; EPU officers will attend to check the receiving watercourse and ensure sufficient equipment has been deployed to contain and protect the environment.; I am satisfied with the amendment to the CEMP as requested.
Conditions requested: In the Section 7.1 of the CEMP; please can the applicants include an action for DEFA’s Environmental Protection Unit (EPU) to be contacted on 01624 685885 in the event of a release of a pollutant from the site that requires the use of the spill kits
