1.0 Description

1.1 The proposed application 22/00549/B for the creation of a parkland campus facility comprising of a head-quarters office building with restaurant, café, collaborative working areas and 66 associated staff accommodation units with associated landscaping was approved on 30/06/2023 subject to 17 conditions some of which required submission of additional information prior to the commencement of works.

1.2 This report is specific to Condition 10 which the applicants are seeking to satisfy.

1.3 Specific wording of the condition as follows:

Full details of the hard landscaping surfaces including colours, textures and manufacturers' details of the proposed materials, must be submitted to and approved in writing by the Planning Authority prior to works commencing on site. The development shall be undertaken in full accordance with these approved details prior to first occupation of the development hereby approved.

Reason: To ensure the provision of an appropriate landscape setting to the development."

2.0 Proposal

2.1 The applicant's agent have now submitted Condition 10 Form, Condition 10 Hard Landscaping Materials and Condition 10 Submission showing proposed hard landscaping including colours, textures and details of proposed materials on the site.

3.0 Recommendation
