TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1999 The Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2019

In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture determined to APPROVE an application by John Lee, Ref 23/10096/AIR, for the Information in relation to condition 10 for PA 22/00549/B for the proposed hard landscaping. at Site 1 Of Former Isle Of Man Holiday Camp Switzerland Road Douglas Isle Of Man .

Any details or notes which apply to the approval are set out below. This decision relates to the submitted Condition 10 Form, Condition 10 Hard Landscaping Materials and Condition 10 Submission which were submitted 25/08/2023.

NOTE 3.1 In this instance of the submitted Condition 10 Form, Condition 10 Hard Landscaping Materials and Condition 10 Submission and after consultation with the case officer, who are happy with the level of detail, it is deemed sufficient to achieve the desired outcome and would be considered satisfactory for the planning condition 10 of application 22/00549/B with the understanding the development shall be undertaken in full accordance with these approved details prior to first occupation of the development hereby approved.
