Any details or notes which apply to the approval are set out below. This decision relates to the submitted application for the discharge of conditions, a cover email advising the types of materials, samples of the driveway materials submitted on 17/08/2023 and a hard standing plan submitted 01/10/2023. NOTE In this instance of the submitted application for the discharge of conditions, a cover email advising the types of materials, samples of the driveway materials and a site plan and after consultation with the principal planner and registered buildings officer, who are happy with the level of detail, it is deemed sufficient to achieve the desired outcome and would be considered satisfactory for the planning condition 2 of application 22/00323/B with the understanding the hard landscaping scheme shall be completed in full accordance with the approved details prior to the use of the parking area and retained thereafter.
