TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1999 The Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2019

In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture determined to APPROVE an application by Mr David Giroux & Mrs Ann Giroux, Ref 23/10090/AIR, for the Information in relation to Condition 2 for PA 22/01296/GB & 22/01311/CON for Arboricultural Method Statement with associated site plans. at Holly Lodge Bishopscourt Kirk Michael Isle Of Man IM6 2EZ .

Any conditions or notes which apply to the approval are set out below.

In this instance, the submitted documents and plans are deemed sufficient to achieve the desired outcome as recommended by the case officer and would be satisfactory to discharge the planning conditions No. 2 of this planning application with the understanding that the agreed protection measures and construction methods shall adhered to in full.

This decision is in relation to the submitted Application, Refectory and Cottage AMS-100723 as well as TP-100723, TP-100723-DN and TP-100723-DS.
