Any conditions or notes which apply to the approval are set out below. In this instance, the submitted 23 06 Netherby Bat Report FINAL and application are deemed sufficient to achieve the desired outcome as recommended by the case officer and would be satisfactory to discharge the planning conditions No. 3 of this planning application with the understanding that the tree shall only be removed in accordance with any recommendations the ecologist may make, including timing of the removal.
