TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1999 The Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2019

In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture determined to APPROVE an application by John Lee, Ref 23/10087/AIR, for the Information in relation to condition 16 of PA 22/00549/B for information on proposed and existing culverts. at Site 1 Of Former Isle Of Man Holiday Camp Switzerland Road Douglas Isle Of Man .

Any conditions or notes which apply to the approval are set out below.

In this instance of the submitted application, culvert and sewer information BSA and condition 16 submission and after consultation with the case officer, who are happy with the level of detail, it is deemed sufficient to achieve the desired outcome and would be considered satisfactory for the planning condition 16 of application 22/00549/B with the understanding that this approved scheme shall be completed prior to the occupation/operation of any building on the site and retained in working order thereafter.

This decision relates to the submitted Application Form, Culvert and Sewer Information BSA and Condition 16 Submission Note.
