Any conditions or notes which apply to the approval are set out below. This decision relates to the application and bat survey submitted on 23/06/23 NOTE In relation to Condition 8 of the approval, the submitted details (Application and Bat Survey which was received 26.06.23), are deemed sufficient to achieve the desired outcome as recommended by the case officer and would be satisfactory to discharge the planning conditions No. 8 of this planning application.
