In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture determined to APPROVE an application by BYA Limited, Ref 23/10054/AIR, for the Information in relation to Condition 15 for PA 22/00399/B for demolition of existing farmhouse and outbuildings and redevelopment to provide replacement dwellings. at Ballacroak Farm Mullinaragher Road St Marks Ballasalla Isle Of Man IM9 3AQ.

In this instance, the submitted documents are deemed sufficient to achieve the desired outcome as recommended by the case officer and would be satisfactory to discharge the planning conditions No. 15 of this planning application.
