In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture determined to APPROVE an application by Lanz Limited, Ref 23/10046/AIR, for the Information in relation to Condition 2 for PA 21/01108/B for details of Staff Cycle Storage and Staff Changing Facilites. at Park House Isle Of Man Business Park Douglas Isle Of Man IM2 2SA.
Any conditions or notes which apply to the approval are set out below. This decision relates to information submitted on the 28.04.23. NOTE In relation to Conditions 2, the submitted details are considered to be acceptable by way of providing details of bicycle storage as well as staff changing facilites and are deemed sufficient to achieve the desired outcome as recommended by the case officer and would be satisfactory to discharge the planning conditions No. 2 of this planning application. The approval is given however the conditions will not be fully satisfied until such times as the works indicated on the documents and plans have been carried out in full and retained as such.
