The officer assessed the uPVC door's impact, finding that its similar four-panel detailing to the existing door preserves the character despite material change. Conservation Officer agreed it preserves the property's contribution to the Area.
Time limit
The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.

This permission relates to the installation of a replacement front door as shown in Location Plan received 19th April 2012 and Drawing 1 received 4th July 2012.
Materials
The door must be constructed of blue coloured uPVC.
