NOTE It is considered that the Ecological Survey Report prepared by Manx Environmental Services, received 21 March 2023 would satisfy Condition 11 of the approval. However the condition will not be fully satisfied until such times as the recommendations indicated on the report have been carried out in full, and thereafter retained as such.
