The Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2019

In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture determined to APPROVE an application by Hartford Homes, Ref 23/10028/AIR, for the Information in relation to Condtions 3 and 5 of 22/01191/B - Tree planting and hardsurfacing details at Plot Of Land At St Stephens Meadow Sulby Isle Of Man .

Any conditions or notes which apply to the approval are set out below. This approval relates to the submitted documents and drawing all received on 21.03.2023. NOTE In relation to Conditions 3 and 5, the submitted details are considered to be acceptable by way of providing sufficient tree planting to mitigate the loss of existing tree coverage, together with suitable permeable hardsurfacing and details pursuant to surface water drainage. The approval is given however the conditions will not be fully satisfied until such times as the works indicated on the documents and plans have been carried out in full and retained as such.
