The Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2019

In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture determined to APPROVE an application by Mr Keith Fitton, Ref 23/10021/AIR, for the Information in relation to Condition 2 of 22/00783/B - Finishing Details at Tamarisk Main Road Kirk Michael Isle Of Man IM6 1AJ.

Any conditions or notes which apply to the approval are set out below. This approval relates to the submitted documents and materials all received on 08.03.2023. NOTE In relation to the requirements Condition 2, the applicants have submitted details of cladding, brick slips, timber window frames and glazing, and natural slate, all of which are considered to be acceptable from a visual impact perspective in the context of the immediate streetscene and wider Conservation Area. The approval is given however the condition will not be fully satisfied until such time as the approved development is carried out in accordance with the materials specified in this submission, and retained as such thereafter.
