Any conditions or notes which apply to the approval are set out below. The Ecological Technical Notes prepared by Manx Wildlife Consultancy and dated January 2023, Tree Planting Plan (Drawing No. PP-170123), Tree Planting Proposal (Pre-Felling Risk Assessment) prepared by Manx Roots and dated January 2023, and Letter from Manx Wildlife Trust Conservation Officer dated 13 February 2023 received 3 March 2023. NOTE The Ecological Technical Notes prepared by Manx Wildlife Consultancy and dated January 2023, Tree Planting Plan (Drawing No. PP-170123), Tree Planting Proposal (Pre- Felling Risk Assessment) prepared by Manx Roots and dated January 2023, and Letter from Manx Wildlife Trust Conservation Officer dated 13 February 2023 would satisfy Condition 7, 8, 9 and 10 of the approval. However the conditions will not be fully satisfied until such times as the works indicated on the documents and plans have been carried out in full and retained as such.
