Any conditions or notes which apply to the approval are set out below. The Landscaping Strategy prepared by Penketh-Millar Architectural Design Consultants dated 23 December 2022, Drawing No. 15 1146 2 rev C (Approved Landscaping Plan), and Drawing No. 22 1661 13 (Additional Landscaping Drawing), received 3 March 2023. NOTE The Landscaping Strategy prepared by Penketh-Millar Architectural Design Consultants dated 23 December 2022, Drawing No. 15 1146 2 rev C (Approved Landscaping Plan), and Drawing No. 22 1661 13 (Additional Landscaping Drawing), would satisfy Condition 6 of the approval. However the condition will not be fully satisfied until such times as the works indicated on the document and plans have been carried out in full and retained as such.
