Tek screwed to SHS + UC beam at 200 c/c (specified for 8mm thk steel). 4.-18mm veneered ply pinned with airgun invisable panel pins, holes filled with blond filler, panels coated in Envorigraf or Thermoguard to achieve class 1 spread of flame. Ply panels to be spaced using 1mm shims. 5.-18mm veneered ply as described in item 4 which is pinned to 18mm WBP ply . 6.-18mm veneered ply as described in item 4 which is pinned to C16 timber, 30X90mm, tek screwed to the face of SHS at 200mm c/c. 7.-18mm veneered ply as described in item 4 which is pinned to timber noggings which are Tex screwed to UC steel. 8.- L-shape plates to inner side of metal mesh tek screwed. To be pinned with airgun invisable panel pins, holes filled with black filler. Panels to be spaced using 1mm shims. 11.-As item "10" to be installed prior mesh infill is fixed. 12.-Timber framing to be Tek screwed to SHS. Thickness to be determined to allow L-shape plates to be concealed. 13.-Assumed 22mm (to match thickness of ply on floor) Fibrabel MR black. Class1. To be pinned with airgun invisable panel pins, holes filled with black filler. Panels to be spaced using 1mm shim. 14.-18mm Fibrabel black (or alternative thickness to match existing ply) to replace existing side panels. Non structural MDF board. Class1.
