In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture determined to APPROVE an application by Wardsley Limited, Ref 23/10008/AIR, for the Information in relation to Condition 2 of 20/00433/B - Risk Assessment at Workshop Office & Yard Templar Terrace Ramsey Isle Of Man IM8 3DR .
Any conditions or notes which apply to the approval are set out below.
Land Contamination Assessment: Preliminary Risk Assessment and Generic Quantitative Risk Assessment prepared by GeoTick Ltd and dated December 2022.
NOTE It is considered that the Land Contamination Assessment: Preliminary Risk Assessment and Generic Quantitative Risk Assessment prepared by GeoTick Ltd and dated December 2022 satisfies Condition 2 of the approval, although the condition will not be fully satisfied until such times as the works indicated on the plans have been carried out in full and retained as such.
