The Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2019

In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture determined to APPROVE an application by Wardsley Limited, Ref 23/10008/AIR, for the Information in relation to Condition 2 of 20/00433/B - Risk Assessment at Workshop Office \& Yard Templar Terrace Ramsey Isle Of Man IM8 3DR .

Any conditions or notes which apply to the approval are set out below. Land Contamination Assessment: Preliminary Risk Assessment and Generic Quantitative Risk Assessment prepared by GeoTick Ltd and dated December 2022.

NOTE It is considered that the Land Contamination Assessment: Preliminary Risk Assessment and Generic Quantitative Risk Assessment prepared by GeoTick Ltd and dated December 2022 satisfies Condition 2 of the approval, although the condition will not be fully satisfied until such times as the works indicated on the plans have been carried out in full and retained as such.
