SATISFACTION OF CONDITION 2
DESCRIPTION
1.1 Application PA22/01482/B was permitted via Planning Committee on the 30th January 2023 subject to two conditions, of which one required the submission of further information prior to commencing works. Condition 2 stated the below,
"Prior to occupation, details of a revised car parking layout showing suitable disabled parking spaces must be submitted to and approved in writing by the Department. The development shall not be carried out unless in accordance with the approved details and implemented within 3 months of occupation.
Reason: in the interests of Highway Safety."

23/10003/AIR 2.1 The agent on behalf of the applicant has provided a revised car parking layout which provided one disabled parking spaces situated to the West of the site and measures 6.6m by 3.6m.
CONSULTATION
3.1 Highway Services were consulted, of which they state, "Highways Development Control notes the content of this application dated 31 January 2023 and does not oppose this proposal. HDC welcomes the provision of an accessible bay to assist mobility impaired users and meet equality regulations."
ANALYSIS
4.1 The information provided is suitable enough to satisfy the reason for the condition, which was to provide disabled parking and as such satisfies Condition 2 of the approval.
