Any conditions or notes which apply to the approval are set out below. Drawing No. 295/022a dated 31st January 2023 NOTE It is considered that the proposed site plan received on 31st January 2023, satisfies Condition 2 of the approval although the conditions will not be fully satisfied until such times as the works indicated on the documents and plans have been carried out in full and retained as such.
