In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of
Environment, Food and Agriculture determined to APPROVE an application by Mr James
Holmshaw, Ref 23/10001/AIR, for the Information in relation to Condition 7 of PA
22/00781/B - Examples of external material finishes at Plot 1 Field Adjacent To
Beechfield Glen Auldyn Ramsey Isle Of Man .
Any conditions or notes which apply to the approval are set out below.
Plans 22 1661/MEC, 22 1661/RS, 22 1661/SRG, and 22 1661/MSC received 9 January 2023.
NOTE It is considered that plans 22 1661/MEC, 22 1661/RS, 22 1661/SRG, and 22
1661/MSC received 9 January 2023 satisfy Condition 7 of the approval, although the
condition will not be fully satisfied until such times as the works indicated on the plans have
been carried out in full and retained as such.
