In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture determined to APPROVE an application by Mr Neil Joughin, Ref 23/01111/MCH, for the Minor Change Application to 22/01293/B - to reduce the width of the approved house from 5.86m to 5.36m at 5 Falcon Cliff Terrace Douglas Isle Of Man IM2 4AU .

- reduction to width of approved dwelling by 500mm from 5.86m to 5.36m.
