TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1999 The Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2019
In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture determined to APPROVE an application by Mr David Richardson, Ref 23/01107/MCH, for the Minor Changes Application to 21/01581/B. 1. Replace flat roof over breakfast room with pitched roof. 2. Remove dressing room window. 3. Replace glazed roof over corridor with pitched roof wirth rooflights. 4. Reduce glazing to corridor. 5. Reposition boiler flue. 6. Single door and window in rear garage replaced with double doors and smaller window. at Burleigh Richmond Road Ramsey Isle Of Man IM8 3PA .
Any conditions or notes which apply to the approval are set out below.
This approval relates to drawing number R/624/1(c) date stamped and received 24/11/2023 and drawing numbers R/624/1(a), R/624/3 and R/624/4 and covering letter all date received 19/09/2023.
NOTE All of the following changes are accepted and approved:
- o Replace flat roof with pitched roof;
- o Remove front elevation window;
- o Replace glazed roof with tiles roof and rooflights;
- o Amend roof above corridor;
- o Reposition boiler flue, and
- o Door and window changes to rear of garage and rear elevation.
