INTRODUCTION
The following application is to be assessed against the criteria set out in Part 3 - Minor Changes Applications of the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2019 specifically Articles 21, 22, 23 and 24.
BASIS OF APPLICATION

PASS - relates to "Erection of 23 dwellings with associated access, parking, open space and landscaping".
PASS - the changes are: o Item 1- Addition of Air Source Heat Pump to the rear of each dwelling; o Item 2 - Addition of solar panels on the rear rooslope of each dwelling.

PASS - the addition of solar panels and Air Source Heat Pumps would constitute permitted development if provided following erection and occupation of the dwellings, whilst further not being considered to result in a material additional visual impact or subsequent impact upon the amenities of properties surrounding the site. In the case of this particular application and specific site context, and in light of the above, the changes are considered to be minor and therefore do not warrant the submission of a new planning application.
