In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture determined to APPROVE an application by Mr Paul Kennedy, Ref 23/00904/MCH, for the Minor changes application to PA23/00368/B involving removal of door, installation of bi-fold instead of window, alterations to roof design. at Seascape Mount Gawne Road Port St Mary Isle Of Man IM9 5LX .

Any conditions or notes which apply to the approval are set out below. This approval relates to the submitted documents and drawing all received on 02.08.2023. NOTE This approval only relates to the following (all shown and described in the information received on 02.08.2023):

o Omission of ground floor home office extension and first floor bedroom/ensuite extension over, flat roof over sun room to extend over existing cloaks, rear porch area after removal of the current pitched roof element.
