Town and Country Planning Act 1999 Section 16 Registered buildings: supplementary provisions

External louvres approval
Prior to the installation of the extract ventilation from the bathroom and kitchen, details of the external louvres are to be submitted to and approved in writing by the Department. Thereafter, the works are to be carried out in accordance with the approved details. Reason: To ensure that the special interest of the registered building is preserved and protected.
