1.0 INTRODUCTION 1.1 The following application is to be assessed against the criteria set out in Part 3 - Minor Changes Applications of the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2019 specifically Articles 21, 22, 23 and 24.

1.2 The application seeks only for a Minor Change (MCH) relating to an existing dwelling and parent approval 20/00447/B.
PASS - relates to 20/00447/B
PASS - relates to The Coach House, Ballagawne an existing single dwelling planning unit.
PASS - the application form outlines what minor change is being sort and is summarised as; Installation of new window to ground floor of rear elevation.
