The following application is to be assessed against the criteria set out in Part 3 - Minor Changes Applications of the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2019 specifically Articles 21, 22, 23 and 24.
BASIS OF APPLICATION
PASS - relates to 21/00731/B and no subsequent changes have been made.
PASS - relates to creation of Civic Amenity Site.
PASS - the application form/cover letter specifies that the application proposes: a. Repositioning of boundary fence; and b. The provision of a second personnel door in the SW elevation of the site building.
21(2)(b) The application specifies why the applicant considers the minor changes to be of a minor nature PASS - the applicant has confirmed within the Cover Letter that the proposed changes will not have a material impact upon the appearance of the facility, or upon the character of the area as a whole.
