TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1999 The Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2019
In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture determined to APPROVE an application by Harbour Quay Ltd, Ref 23/00486/MCH, for the Minor change application to PA 22/01131/B to remove the lantern over kitchen and create additional space on first floor office at 15 Bank Street Castletown Isle Of Man IM9 1AT.
Any conditions or notes which apply to the approval are set out below. This approval relates to drawing T/718/2(B) and the other submitted documents, all received on 20th April 2023. NOTE The following changes are considered to be minor and are accepted:
- o Item 1- The removal of the void space at first floor level and its inclusion within the first floor office.
- o Item 2- The removal of the lantern over the ground floor kitchen.
