Tel 01624 685950 Mr Ryan Forgie 30 The Park Onchan IM3 1RD TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1999 The Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2019 In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture determined to REFUSE an application by Mr Ryan Forgie, Ref 23/00430/MCH, for the Minor change to planning approval 22/01225/B (Erection of 2 storey extension to the rear replacing existing conservatory) to reduce the size of the first floor and amendments to doors/windows sizes. at 30 The Park Onchan Isle Of Man IM3 1HR. Any reasons or notes which apply to this decision are set out below. The changes include new design styles that due to the nature number of changes relative to the size/nature of the original approval is considered to go beyond a minor change, and so warrant consideration by way of a full application.
