Tel 01624 685950 Mrs Chevrel Ann Traher Brough Jairg Barn Main Road Ballaugh IM7 5EX TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1999 The Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2019 In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture determined to APPROVE an application by Mrs Chevrel Ann Traher, Ref 23/00377/MCH, for the WINDOWS: Minor change application to PA 21/00295/B to change two window openings facing into the courtyard into one larger window: An unstable wall offers the opportunity to increase glazing and solar gain. Cancel permitted North facing windows (overshadowed by Dutch barns) & increase the number of roof lights instead. Relocate a proposed gable end window (bedroom) from upper level to ground floor (kitchen) due to an existing chimney at Brough Jairg Barn Main Road Ballaugh IM7 5EX . Any conditions or notes which apply to the approval are set out below. This decision relates to drawings and information all received on 28.03.2023. NOTE The following changes are considered to be minor and are accepted: Item 1- To change two windows which face Southwards into the courtyard into one larger window Item 2 - Cancel the permitted North-facing Windows and increase rooflights to compensate.
