Cancel permitted North facing windows (overshadowed by Dutch barns) & increase the number of roof lights instead. Relocate a proposed gable end window (bedroom) from upper level to ground floor (kitchen) due to an existing chimney at Brough Jairg Barn Main Road Ballaugh IM7 5EX . Any conditions or notes which apply to the approval are set out below. This decision relates to drawings and information all received on 28.03.2023. NOTE The following changes are considered to be minor and are accepted: Item 1- To change two windows which face Southwards into the courtyard into one larger window Item 2 - Cancel the permitted North-facing Windows and increase rooflights to compensate.
