Waste Management
SupportIn terms of this proposal it does fit in with the Island Waste Strategy. The recycling of construction and demolition inert waste and would be something this section would support on the basis that it is reducing our waste to landfill levels, increases our recycling performance and treats waste as resource thereby preserving our virgin aggregates.; This support would obviously be subject to the site meeting the appropriate standards set out under planning and the requirements of DEFA to permit then a waste disposal licence for the operation.
