The following application is to be assessed against the criteria set out in Part 3 - Minor Changes Applications of the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2019 specifically Articles 21, 22, 23 and 24.
PASS - relates to 21/01424/B
PASS - relates to Alterations and extensions to dwelling.
PASS - the changes are: o Item 1- Alteration to front door protection. Reason - Cover to entrance extended to the right in order to increase weather protection to the front door and people entering. Minor application - The proposal does not increase the footprint or height of the building.
o Item 2 - Alteration to front door screen. Reason - To reduce visual intrusion into the hallway and provide a more appropriate location for a letter plate Minor application - There is no increase in footprint nor introduction of new materials or colours
Item 3 - Cladding orientation. Reason - cladding orientation changed from horizontal to vertical in order to reflect the verticality of the heavily treed locality. Minor application - There is no alteration to the cladding material or colour or building footprint.
