TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1999 The Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2019

In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture determined to APPROVE an application by Douglas Borough Council, Ref 23/00207/MCH, for the Minor change application to PA 22/01456/B to increase the door width to two changing room entrance doors at Pulrose Pavilion Springfield Road Douglas Isle Of Man IM2 1ER .

Any conditions or notes which apply to the approval are set out below.

This approval relates to the documents and drawing no. P-01 Rev A, EX-01 Rev A, P-02 Rev B, P-02 Rev C which have been received on 24th February 2023 and email correspondence received 24th February 2023.

NOTE This decision relates to all of the minor changes proposed to 22/01456/B relating to Demolition of existing building and replacement with changing rooms to current English Football Association standards at Pulrose Pavilion, Springfield Road, Douglas.
