a) 12/0170. Empress Villa, Ballakillowey Road. Miss C Bell. Alterations and extensions. Amended Plan – showing layout and height alterations.
No objections.
b) 12/0270. 1–4 Level Cottages, Colby. Hintock Ltd. additional plans.
No objections.
c) 12/0399. Lingague Farm Cottage, Ballakilpheric Road. Mr & Mrs J Brown. Construction of 2 storey extension to east elevation.
No objections.
d) 12/0461. Rose Cottage/Quirk’s Croft, Cregneash, MNH. To change a disused croft building into a seminar room and public toilets (1 disabled) for the Cregneash Farming Museum. This involves a new thatched room, re-pointing in lime the exterior walls, new windows and doors to existing style. New floor and insulated interior walls.
