Tel 01624 685950 Mr Andrew Bentley 8 Ravens Wharf South Quay Douglas IM1 5BT TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1999 The Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2019 In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture determined to REFUSE an application by Glen Auldyn Developments Ltd, Ref 23/00110/MCH, for the Minor Change application to PA 20/01246/B involving addition of bifold doors, kitchen window and a section of stonework to the northwest elevation. Addition of stone cladding to the chimney stack. Replacement of separate front door and window on the southeast elevation with a single glazed screen incorporating the door. Extension of stone wall at entrance to the full extents of the property frontage onto the highway at Land Between Glas Choille & Winston Glen Auldyn Road Lezayre IM7 2AF. Any reasons or notes which apply to this decision are set out below. All elements are refused.
