Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval for the removal of a chimney stack relates to drawings showing the location plan and site plan and 2 x photographs showing the existing chimney stack and 1 x photograph showing the internal damage of the leaking rainwater all date stamped 23rd March 2012.
This decision was made by a Senior Planning Officer in accordance with the authority delegated to them under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.
