Architect's Supporting Information Statement:
This application for lawful use relates to the Tack Room and Feed Store which was originally approved under planning application number 14/00005/B on 13th February 2014.
The applicant built the store 1.15 meters higher, as measured to the ridge position, and 0.368 metres higher, as measured to the eaves position, than that indicated on the approved drawings.
The applicant also built the building 0.530 metres wider than that indicated on the approved drawings.
Hence this application seeks to regularise the discrepancy via an application for a 'Certificate of Lawful Development'.
The applicant Mrs Lynda Baxter Ingham has supplied the following photographs, (ie Photograph 1-4 inc.), as supporting information to indicate that the Tack Room and Feed Store has been built for more than 4 years, having been constructed in 2014.
An architect's photograph is also included which was taken on 15th February 2015 and clearing indicates the Feed Store and Tack Room as constructed, (ie Photograph 5).
