The following on 30 September 2022 list have some potential impact, but after being assessed in terms of highway safety, highway operation and car parking these were found to have no significant negative impact upon the highway network. Highway Services HDC does not oppose (DNO) the following applications; although some will require licences to use the highway etc. for their proposed works as indicated:
· 22/01111/B - After reviewing this Application, Highway Services HDC finds it to have no significant negative impact upon highway safety, network functionality and /or parking. · 22/01128/C - After reviewing this Application, Highway Services HDC finds it to have no significant negative impact upon highway safety, network functionality and /or parking. The Applicant is advised to consider the provision of bicycle paring for staff and customers as well as installing electric vehicle charging points. · 22/01137/C - After reviewing this Application, Highway Services HDC finds it to have no significant negative impact upon highway safety, network functionality and /or parking. The Applicant is advised to consider installing an electric vehicle charging point. · 22/01144/B - After reviewing this Application, Highway Services HDC finds it to have no significant negative impact upon highway safety and network functionality. The proposal is likely to have a beneficial impact on the site operation due to the additional 13 car parking places, including a stacking systems following concerns raised prior to the grant of approval for: 21/01108/B. The proposed installation of five electric vehicle charging points are welcomed too. · 22/01145/B - After reviewing this Application, Highway Services HDC finds it to have no significant negative impact upon highway safety, network functionality and /or parking. · 22/01152/B - After reviewing this Application, Highway Services HDC finds it to have no significant negative impact upon highway safety, network functionality and /or parking. · 22/01155/B - After reviewing this Application, Highway Services HDC finds it to have no significant negative impact upon highway safety, network functionality and /or parking.

· 22/01157/GB - After reviewing this Application, Highway Services HDC finds it to have no significant negative impact upon highway safety, network functionality and /or parking. · 22/01160/B - After reviewing this Application, Highway Services HDC finds it to have no significant negative impact upon highway safety, network functionality and /or parking. The Applicant is advised that under s63 of the Highways Act DOI consent is required for retaining walls that are within 3.5m of the highway and are a height greater than 1m as for that abutting Factory Lane. The Highway Asset Group takes forward the structural approval stage. Additionally, Highway licences may be necessary for any equipment or materials placed in / on the road and or path as well a temporary traffic management / road closures to facilitate the works. · 22/01205/B - After reviewing this Application, Highway Services HDC finds it to have no significant negative impact upon highway safety, network functionality and /or parking. · 22/01210/C - After reviewing this Application, Highway Services HDC finds it to have no significant negative impact upon highway safety, network functionality and /or parking. The Applicant is advised to consider installing an electric vehicle charging point. · 22/01211/B - After reviewing this Application, Highway Services HDC finds it to have no significant negative impact upon highway safety, network functionality and /or parking. The Applicant is advised to consider installing bicycle parking and an electric vehicle charging point.
