In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture determined to APPROVE an application by Mr & Mrs Jamie And Lyn Talbot, Ref 22/01125/MCH, for the Minor change application to PA 18/01316/B to change approved two set of roof terrace patio doors to one large set of doors at 2 Osborne Terrace Douglas Isle Of Man IM1 3LH.

Any conditions or notes which apply to the approval are set out below. This decision hereby approved relates to drawings and documents submitted to the Department on 06.09.22
