The following application is to be assessed against the criteria set out in Part 3 - Minor Changes Applications of the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2019 specifically Articles 21, 22, 23 and 24.
BASIS OF APPLICATION
PASS - relates to 19/01448/B and no other MCH applications have been submitted in respect of this application
PASS - relates to Erection of 17 general industrial units with associated parking and drainage, and alterations to vehicular access - approved on 30th September, 2020.
PASS - the application form and Planning Statement specifies the changes that the application proposes: o It proposes the reduction in area of one of the units to half of its approved area, creating a stepped footprint at this point in Block D.
PASS - reasons provided in paragraph 2.4 of Planning Statement provided by the applicant.
