TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1999 The Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2019

In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture determined to APPROVE an application by Mr Gary Blackburn, Ref 22/00564/MCH, for the Minor change application to reduce the floor area of one unit in Block D and corresponding changes to the elevations at Former Parkinsons Yard Peel Road Braddan Douglas Isle Of Man IM4 4LE .

Any conditions or notes which apply to the approval are set out below. This approval relates to the submitted documents and drawings received on 09.05.2022.

NOTE This approval relates to the reducing in the floor area of one unit in Block D and corresponding changes to the elevations, as shown and described in the information received on the 09.05.2022.
